In July we held our biggest ever “Enrichment Week.” This gives our students from Years 7, 8 and 9 the opportunity to take part in a varied and exciting host of events and activities. Year 10 spent the week on Work Experience. We have developed our extra-curricular programmes extensively over the past few years and this is our most ambitious project yet. Trips include visits to Bristol Zoo and the Wildplace, activities in school cater for all tastes and talents, including Golf and Football coaching sessions, cookery competitions, and even lessons to learn how to communicate using sign language. I would like to thank everyone so much for the huge amount of effort that has gone in to making this a memorable experience for the students. Particular thanks go to Ms Austin and Mr Bird who have coordinated the whole programme.
